Overworked - Burn out
Endless tiredness, feeling that everything is too much, easily emotional and sleeping problems. Today's society, asks a lot of us. We work a lot less with our hands, are constantly available, have to switch between many different hats and social media is pressuring us to have it all. Our brain are not build for that. It can lead to our stress system being overly active. In the long term, this can result in us no longer being able to relax properly and therefor our body's will loose their ability to recover. With all the consequences that entails. Complaints can consist of constant fatigue, being irritable, quickly becoming emotional, no longer being able to recharge or sit still, sleeping problems, no longer being able to think properly and feeling that it is all far too much.
Together we look at what is needed to bring your body back into relax mode, so it can start recharging properly again. I myself have had to experience what it is like to go through a burnout, therefore I am both a psychologist and an expert by experience in this area.
