Anxiety

Anxiety can be paralyzing. It can occupy your thoughts so much that you have little room left for anything else. Let alone that you can enjoy life. For one person, the fears are constantly present, for another they come in waves. Anxiety can be about anything, the future, social situations, relationships, busy places, that scary elevator or perhaps for (recurring) panic attacks. The treatment methods will depend on the type of anxiety and its origin. CBT, EMDR and schema therapy can all be effective in treating anxiety complaints.
